Profit optimization ranks products by estimated profit or revenue uplift using demand curves from your sales history. You can review optimal prices within your rules and send selected recommendations to the AI Queue for approval or apply.

You always review the suggestions and click Apply before anything changes.

How do auto competitor website suggestions work?

From Dashboard → Competitors, PriceBoostAi can suggest competitor store websites and product matches based on your catalog. You accept the sites and matches you want to track, dismiss the rest, and we monitor accepted competitor prices on a schedule for pricing recommendations.

How do I connect my WooCommerce store?

Accepted Answer

Install the PriceBoostAi connector plugin from your WordPress admin (Plugins → Add New, or upload the plugin). After activating, go to Settings → PriceBoostAi, enter your Backend API URL, Store ID, and Store API Key from the PriceBoostAi dashboard (Dashboard → Stores → connect). Save and click "Sync products now."

How do I connect my Shopify store?

In the PriceBoostAi dashboard, go to Dashboard → Stores → Add Store, open the Shopify tab, enter your myshopify.com domain, and complete OAuth when Shopify prompts you. After install, your catalog syncs from Shopify and orders arrive via webhooks, use your store row hints for the theme app extension and metafields if you display optimized prices on the storefront.

How does the AI pricing work?

Our engine uses several signals: competitor prices (from links you add or accept from suggestions), sales velocity (orders per product), inventory levels, and add-to-cart vs. order data. When enough demand history exists, profit optimization uses demand curves; otherwise AI recommendations apply. Your pricing rules (min/max, margins) set the bounds. You can also ask Product Chat for an on-demand AI suggested price, or review the Smart Recommendations queue (Dashboard → AI Queue).

Can I set minimum and maximum prices?

Yes. Go to Dashboard → Pricing Rules and add rules for minimum price, maximum price, margin target, or competitor response—or ask Product Chat (for example, “Add a min price of 25 for Shoes”). You can apply rules globally or to specific products or categories. The AI suggestion is always clamped within your rules.

How do I add competitors to track?

Go to Dashboard → Competitors to review suggested competitor websites and product matches, or go to Dashboard → Products, open a product’s Competitors menu, and add a competitor name plus product page URL. You can enter the price manually if we cannot fetch it automatically. Use "Re-check" to refresh the price later.

Why is the competitor price not fetching?

Some sites (e.g. Flipkart) may block automated requests. Use the optional "Competitor price" field when adding a competitor to enter the price manually. You can still track the link and update the price with "Re-check" or by editing later.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Go to Dashboard → Subscriptions and use "Manage Billing" or "Cancel subscription" for your plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling here also cancels the recurring payment with PayPal or Razorpay, so no further charges will be made.

If I cancel here, is it cancelled from PayPal too?

Yes. When you cancel your subscription in the PriceBoostAi dashboard, we also cancel the recurring payment with PayPal . You will not be charged again after you cancel. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Is my store data secure?

Accepted Answer

We use encryption in transit and at rest, secure APIs, and do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details. Store credentials (WooCommerce API keys or Shopify OAuth tokens) are used only to authenticate your connector or app and dashboard with our backend.

Does PriceBoostAi automatically update prices in my store?

Yes. Your product catalog syncs to PriceBoostAi regularly (and when you save settings or trigger a sync). At the time you choose (e.g. daily), we run AI optimization and can write approved or auto-applied prices back to your store: WooCommerce live product prices update via the plugin; Shopify uses metafields and your theme setup as documented. You can also apply recommendations manually from the AI Queue (Dashboard → AI Queue) or use Product Chat to set or schedule prices and apply after review. Customers see the current sell price in your storefront. We preserve the store’s original (base) price in our system for rules and reporting—e.g. "never below original."
